Terms of Service

Introduction

ASB Synergy Co., Ltd., incorporated in Thailand (93/7 Phraya Suren 26 Alley, Bang Chan, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok 10510), operates under the trade name CODE:LAB. By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Program Arrangements

  • We reserve the right to modify program details, including curriculum, class size, schedule, and number of sessions.
  • No make-up classes or refunds for missed classes, except at our discretion.
  • Students will be notified of any rescheduling due to instructor absence or venue unavailability.

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway.
  • Payments are non-refundable after booking confirmation.
Refunds are only provided if:
  • Student application is not accepted.
  • The course is cancelled.
  • The student withdraws from class (subject to our policies).
  • Refunds for cancelled courses will be pro-rated and processed within one month.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and offer promotions at any time.

Semi-Private & Private Courses

  • Missed lessons by students are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Students are responsible for scheduling and notifying us of any changes.
  • Tutor absences will be rescheduled or not charged if rescheduling is impossible.

Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation

  • Course materials may not be reproduced or shared without our written consent.
  • Students/parents may not arrange private tuition with our instructors.

Media Usage

  • We reserve the right to use photographs, film, and sound recordings created during programs.
  • We may use student work for promotional or educational purposes.
  • Consent for media usage can be withdrawn with written notice.

Safety

  • Parents are responsible for student safety before and after class.
  • In emergencies, students may be sent to the nearest hospital with implied consent.
  • We are indemnified against liabilities arising from program participation.

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of website content is prohibited.
  • The use of automation software, bots, or hacks on our portal is forbidden.
  • Posting of harmful, false, or infringing content is not allowed.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks and logos on our platform are the property of their respective owners.

Personal Data & Communications

  • Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • By registering, you agree to receive email and phone notifications related to bookings and feedback requests.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify us against all claims resulting from your breach of this agreement or violation of any law.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for service failures due to circumstances beyond our control.

General Provisions

  • We reserve the right to reject account sign-ups or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
  • These terms may be amended without prior notice.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
